Premier League – Week 30 Power Rankings

Note: With action happening quick as we head to the last part of the season, I’m saving most of the commentary each week for a separate Champions League / Relegation post every other week (last week’s entry).

Q-qualified for 2019-20 Champions League group stage; x-qualified for at least a berth in the 2019-20 Europa League; R-clinched relegation to Championship for 2019-20 season

#With their 3-1 win against Southampton on 5 April, Liverpool has moved enough points clear of the fifth place team (Arsenal), and has therefore clinched a finish no worse than fourth. They will be joining the 2019-20 Champions League in the group stage again next year for the third season in a row. They kick off in the quarterfinal round of this year’s Champions League tonight against FC Porto.

*With their 4-1 loss to Watford on 2 April, Fulham joins Huddersfield Town in relegation this season. It makes it a one-and-done season for the club, as they were promoted from the Championship last season after winning the promotion playoffs in that league.
