Premier League Week 23

Matchday 26 in the Premier League kicks off a little later today with action from Goodison Park, but only Everton and Manchester City will be playing twice this week.

As always, the number in parenthesis before each club reflects their spot on our Power Rankings, and we’ll try to keep this list updated as the week progresses. Home teams are listed first, and winners will be indicated in bold. In the event of a draw, both teams will be placed in italics.

Premier League – Week 23 Power Rankings

Premier League clubs played twice last week, and with this week’s action kicking off later today, we’re releasing the update to our last batch of Power Rankings a day early. There’s a change at the top, some shuffling in the middle, and the bottom looks the same (per usual).

As always, these results try to reflect the week-to-week results, and only account for matches played in the Premier League. Most of the clubs are fairly closely aligned with their league table position, but losses to lower-ranked clubs – or wins against the higher-ranked ones – can move them dramatically out of position.

Note: Records presented as W-D-L
Results as of matches played through 4 February 2019

Premier League Week 22

After taking a week off for cup action, the Premier League returns with a double slate this week, with clubs playing both midweek and over the weekend. For the three clubs playing in both cups, weekend matches this week will be their fourth match in 11 days, so they will probably be holding their first-team squads back during cup play.

As always, the number in parenthesis before each club reflects their spot on our Power Rankings, and we’ll try to keep this list updated as the week progresses. Home teams are listed first, and winners will be indicated in bold. In the event of a draw, both teams will be placed in italics.

Premier League – Week 22 Power Rankings

After last weekend’s action, there is no change at the top or bottom of our weekly Premier League Power Rankings, and this is how the rankings will remain until the clubs return to league play on next Tuesday (after taking a short break for Carabao and FA Cup action).

As always, these results try to reflect the week-to-week results, and only account for matches played in the Premier League. Most of the clubs are fairly closely aligned with their league table position, but losses to lower-ranked clubs – or wins against the higher-ranked ones – can move them dramatically out of position.

Results as of matches played through 20 January 2019

English Premier League Stadiums (EPL Stadiums) Just like the spectators of the League, the stadiums come in all shapes and sizes. While certain features are required by the League, size is not one of them. Recently however, the focus has shifted further from Stadium size to increased spectator experience. Even some of the largest clubs … Read moreEnglish Premier League Stadiums (EPL Stadiums)

Premier League Week 21

This week is looking to be one where the clubs at the top of the Premier League will have an opportunity to continue to separate themselves from the rest of the leage. Four of the top six clubs – save Arsenal and Chelsea, who play each other – will be playing clubs from the lower half of the league standings.

As always, the number in parenthesis before each club reflects their spot on our Power Rankings, and we’ll try to keep this list updated as the week progresses. Home teams are listed first, and winners will be indicated in bold. In the event of a draw, both teams will be placed in italics.
